Clear rules. No tricks. This page explains what data the Burnout website processes, why it is needed and what choices you have.
Who processes your data
Burnout s.r.o. processes the information you submit through the project brief form. Contact: info@brnout.sk.
What and why
We process your name, email, selected services, budget and message solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a potential collaboration. The legal basis is pre-contractual communication and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
Retention and sharing
Unsuccessful enquiries are removed after 24 months unless the law requires longer retention. Data is shared only with hosting and email providers needed to operate this website and is not sold.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Email us to exercise these rights.
Cookies and Google Analytics
The site stores your cookie choice in local storage. If you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited to measure visits, viewed pages and basic technical information about the browser and device. The Google tag is not loaded before consent, advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled, and refusing analytics does not affect the website. Retention follows the settings of our Google Analytics property. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.
